A Calling Answered
After 43 years practicing law, I stepped fully into the work I had felt drawn to for decades.
The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.

My Story
I am a husband, father, and grandfather who stepped away from a long legal career to become a Jungian Life Coach.
This is not a second career. It is the fulfillment of something I carried quietly for decades.
Throughout my legal career, I remained deeply engaged with psychology, spirituality, and the inner life. I took undergraduate psychology courses and graduate counseling courses, at times seriously considering becoming a psychotherapist before deciding it was not yet time.
By midlife, I had achieved the external markers of success I once believed would satisfy me. Yet something felt unfinished.
That dissatisfaction led me into mythopoetic men’s work rooted in Jungian psychology. There, I experienced the power of deep reflection, male community, and inner transformation — work I have remained connected to for decades.
As retirement approached, I realized I had a choice:
Would I step into the work I had long felt called to do… or let it pass?
Discovering the CreativeMind Jungian Life Coach training felt like a now-or-never moment. If I was to become the kind of generative elder I hoped to be — one who gives back the gifts he has received — I needed to step fully into this work.
I chose now.
My background shapes how I work.
For over four decades, I advised individuals through complex, high-stakes legal and life decisions — moments that required clarity, decisiveness, and judgment. I have facilitated mythopoetic men’s retreats, led Circle-of-Trust–style gatherings within a Unitarian community in the tradition of Parker Palmer, and maintained over 25 years of meditation. I then formalized the integrative work I had long been practicing by completing the CreativeMind one-year Jungian Life Coach training.
I bring discernment, candor, and deep respect to this work.
Having lived through my own questions about purpose and fulfillment, I understand the tension between outward success and inner meaning.
I care about this work because I have lived that tension — and I know what becomes possible when you face it honestly.
